What would you do with an additional  7-14 more years to your life and an estimated $ 500,000- $1,000,000 to spend on that life. 

That’s right: If you don’t have Chronic Disease through out your life you could have more years to live and have more money to enjoy it! Chronic diseases are the leading cause of death and disability in the U.S. and are the driving force for our $4.5 trillion in annual health care costs! 76% of U.S. Adults (194 million) people have at least one chronic disease.  51.4% (130 Million) live with multiple chronic conditions (MCC).

That is a great attitude. It is so much easier to prevent disease than deal and pay for it in so many ways. The first step is to identify your risk of Chronic Disease. Stress and Medication Adherence: Emotional stress can exacerbate hypertension, and symptoms of depression and anxiety may lead to decreased adherence to prescribed medications, further complicating blood pressure management.
